Qui n’a jamais entendu ce genre de dialogue ?
- Il faut arriver à ça en deux clics max pour que le client ait une expérience positive sur le site
- Tss, tss pas possible. Le service est trop complexe, tu t’rends pas compte !
Pour cette 9ème rencontre : “Les UX et les développeurs viennent-ils de planètes différentes ?”
Autrement dit, pourquoi les développeurs et les UX ne se comprennent-ils pas toujours ?
Est-ce simplement une question de point de vue : à quoi ça sert vs. comment ça marche ?
Ou la différence est-elle plus profonde, d’ordre culturel ?

UXtalk is the place for open conversation and knowledge-sharing on User Experience Design (UX). Agencies, consultants, engineers, project managers, strategists, designers, welcome!
Who hasn’t already heard something along the lines of the following ?
- We have to get to it in 2 clicks max in order for the client to have a positive experience on the website
- Oh no, that’s impossible! The service is too complex, you have no idea!
For this 9th edition of UXMTL, we’re asking: “Are UX and developers really from different planets?”
In other words, why don’t developers and UX always understand each other?
Is it simply a question of perspective between “what’s it for” vs. “how does it work?”
Or is the difference deeper, of a cultural order?
Come debate the question and share your experiences! This event is intended as much for UX and developers as those who work with them. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
